I played competitive netball for many years. I also coach and umpire now. I played 3+ years of Provincial colours and just have a passion for my sport and passing it on to the next generation.

About Loné
I played competitive netball for my province for many years but when I started studying there was no time for that anymore. Now, I coach kids and umpire games and it most definitely fills me up with so much joy. Being able to share the knowledge I have is such a blessing. I am a strict, determined and hard-working person. There is no doubt that sometimes I will push your limits because that’s how we get better.

I combine fitness with skills because when it comes to game time your body is use to concentrating when it becomes tired. We must remember that Netball is not only a physical sport but we must learn to THINK netball, it’s just as much a mental game as a physical game.
