About Steve
My dad taught me to play the guitar when I was just 8. I joined the school guitar club and ended up showing the teacher some cool Johnny Cash intros and a few tricks my dad had shared. I later played in a couple of bands, before meeting up with my busking partner and learning a whole new world of music. I love passing on what I've learned, it'll open up a lifetime of enjoyment.

I have taught both children and adults to play the guitar from being total novices to playing a range of songs with confidence. I'll show you chords that are the foundation of many well-known songs and how to leverage them for the best effect. By keeping things interesting and learning songs as we go, you will get a real sense of achievement. You'll still learn the important stuff but have a set of ready to go songs under your belt.
