About Sahr
I am currently a student of PPE studying a degree that I love dearly, but prior to this I struggled heavily in school as I found lessons to often be slow paced and overly focused on repetition and memory rather than playing to strengths of individual students in helping them to understand topics that they are being examined on or may personally be interested in. Beyond conventional studies I deeply enjoy reading about my preferred subjects and attending public lectures which I feel has expanded my understanding and knowledge across the field of social science, something I am passionate about sharing with others. I achieved A*AA in Politics, History and economics in my A levels and (concealed information) in my GCSE’s in History, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Statistics, Religious studies, English Literature and Language and Further Mathematics. I would be happy to tutor in any of these given subjects at these levels.

Hi! My name is Sahr Ahmed and I am studying Politics, philosophy and economics. Beyond these subjects being my specialties I also took history in my A-levels and am more than willing to teach the subject. My approach to teaching is less so reiterating what you have been told by your teacher and more so personally tailoring each lesson to each individual student as I am keenly aware that everyone learns differently and have particular experience tutoring neurodivergent students in the past. My aim is not simply to repeat until you memorise the lessons but rather to help you fully understand subjects you may be struggling with.
