I GIVE EVERY LEARNER HIS/HER WELL DESERVED ATTENTION TO ENSURE THAT THEY DO NOT FALL BEHIND. I BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LEARNERS AND ENSURE THAT THEY FEEL OPEN TO ADRESS ISSUES OR ASK QUESTIONS.
