My approach is to create an energetic environment and training methodology. Learn by examples, case studies, discussion and many more techniques. Will teach tips to remember and memorize for the exams. As i hold 25 years of experience - i would listen patiently understand the level of intellectual quotient of the student and then base my method accordingly
