About Niaz
I am a postdoctoral researcher. I have a PhD in molecular biology. I have had the opportunity to carry out my own research and have published many articles. I have also taught many undergraduate students and have helped my students to pass and complete their degrees.

Every student learns differently, I hope to understand the best way the student learns and to implement effective strategies where I can assess and monitor a students progress. I incorporate assessment for learning strategies to allow the student to be engaged and to promote a higher level of learning.
