Firstly I would like to understand the interest and knowledge of students in the particular subject, the way of reaction they show during the questions asked,know that which part is difficult to them, whether the language, the concept, or the method of teaching.
By considering all these things I will shift or make a change in different patterns of teaching until they understand otherwise I will try to reach to their level of understanding.
