About Meriel
I’m a PPE student at the University of Oxford with a passion for learning about and teaching economics. I'm looking to get involved in part time education, as I love teaching people new concepts and helping them understand! I have past tutoring experience in related subjects at GCSE level, with a strong history of student improvement. I offer clear, engaging lessons with a focus on ensuring success in exams, at affordable rates.

I’m a second year PPE student at the University of Oxford, focusing on economics, and offering A-Level and GCSE economics tutoring. I have previous tutoring experience in relevant subjects. Generally, my lessons involve teaching/recapping concepts underlying a topic, and working through practice questions. I mark work and review answers to ensure that students are hitting all the requirements of the exam board, to make sure that your essays get the marks they deserve. Lessons last about an hour, although I can be flexible.
