About Sander
I am a young playwright (a profession in the theater where you are in charge of the theater) and filmmaker and have had a lot to do with myself and psychology in my life. However, I have learned to be good coaches and psychologists, both professionally and privately, so that I can make a clear distinction between academic nonsense and concrete, effective approaches. At the moment I hope to convince several people of the power of a number of simple but very important principles that school and society do not teach us and that many suffer. You can also come to me for advanced help, especially in the area of fears.

Time and time again I have learned how important it is to treat people in a personal way and not to try to keep a 'cold' distance. I also just start a conversation without form or formula, but I do ask a lot of concrete questions and also tell about my own experiences. It must be a dialogue and not forced therapy. Warm, familiar, but also honest and sometimes direct.
