About Grace
I am a CEGEP student in Montreal, Quebec, considering attending University in Toronto in the fall. I have received several awards regarding my academic success in high level English courses. I won the English award at my high school for having the highest mark in my grade, as well as the Iva Tvokovich award for English, science, and community service. I have published poetry in Canadian anthologies, and a passion for creative writing. I have a lot of experience tutoring high school students in ninth and tenth grade, but I am open to tutor students of all levels.

I base my classes on the student's individual level, and needs. I can give lessons on basic grammar, reading practice, spelling practice, or even essay writing/ editing! During a typical class, I would start by giving an introduction and lesson to that day's topic. Whether it is what the student is working on in class, or a personalized lesson organized by myself, we would walk through it together to ensure that they understand. I would then help the student go through some practice problems, and make sure that by the end they are well versed in that topic. Again, it all depends on what the student needs, because I would also be more than happy to help students edit their essays, work on their homework, or anything else that they need help with.
