Namaste! I’m Dr. Sindhu H Koushik, a certified BNYS doctor with a focus on women’s wellness, Garbh Sanskar, and prenatal/postnatal yoga. I help women heal and grow through personalized yoga sessions that include asanas, pranayama, meditation, and naturopathic lifestyle guidance. My classes are conducted online and tailored for: Pregnancy and postpartum recovery (including C-section care) PCOS, thyroid issues, and weight concerns Stress, anxiety, and hormonal imbalance First class is free — to understand your needs and design your path.
