About Lilly
I have always wanted to be a primary school teacher since I was a young girl, and this is the closest thing possible until I qualify as a primary school teacher next year! I really enjoy seeing children’s confidence grow as they progress in things they have been finding difficult- this is one of the best parts of my current job as a private swimming teacher! I have spent time in various primary schools in England and also The Netherlands providing adaptive and responsive lessons that ensure progress for all learners.

I will provide a personalised learning style to lessons to maximise progress of learners and ensure the best possible outcomes for them, supporting self esteem and confidence of children. I will adapt lessons to ensure all children can access learning in the best way for them to ensure equitable learning opportunities, whether this be by using visuals, physical manipulatives or repeated key information. Children’s progress is at the forefront of my lessons.
