About Janet
I am a friendly, fun and responsible first class graduate who has a passion for helping others. I am currently a primary teaching assistant for Y1, supporting core literacy, phonics and mathematics. However, I have a lot of experience working with and being responsible for young people and children of various ages (SEN teaching- 1yrs mentoring- 2yrs, tutoring- 2yrs, working in a softplay centre) and I think working with young people is a fun, rewarding experience as each child is so unique.

My lessons are fun and engaging, I believe in lots of positive praise and rapport building so we can tackle harder subjects or topics, I want students to be motivated and proud of themselves, I start with warm ups and recaps in next session for repeated learning
