About Lynn
I am a semi retired teacher with over 32 years experience in primary education, including school leadership. I have worked with teams of staff to ensure effective progress of children within the classroom setting and supported newly qualified teachers to develop their classroom practice to include quality assessment for learning. Teaching is about tailoring the skills taught to the needs of the individual children.

3) Tailor an individual programme to plug the gaps
4) Reassess and evaluate success throughout the teaching
5) Link skills to age related tests and teach how to succeed
