About Freya
Hi, I’m Freya – a Primary Education university student with hands-on classroom experience supporting children across KS1 and KS2. I specialise in phonics, early reading, writing confidence and primary maths, and I’m passionate about helping children feel calm, capable and proud of their progress. I understand that every child learns differently, so I tailor each session to your child’s needs, pace and learning style. My lessons will be supportive, structured and fun, helping children build confidence while developing key skills.

I understand that every child learns differently, so I tailor each session to your child’s needs, pace and learning style. I create a relaxed, friendly environment where children feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes. Sessions include a mix of explanation, guided practice, games and praise to keep children engaged and motivated. Primary ages up to year 3/4. 0–5 mins Friendly chat, confidence boost 5–20 mins Review tricky topic 20–40 mins New learning / practice 40–55 mins Game / quiz 55–60 mins Praise + next steps
