My teaching method is calm, reflective and motivating. I work with my clients encouraging self-learning and practise. Think of me as a guide and mentor more than a teacher. I provide the tools people need to live expansive, peaceful and productive lives.
I can provide private classes in the following:
Yoga (Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin)
Meditation (guided, embodied breathwork, self-lead)
Sports Injury Massage including myofascial release
