I am an adult learner, and Irina has been teaching me art for over seven years. I started as a complete beginner and have since learned drawing and painting using various techniques. I truly appreciate Irina's teaching style: she always respects my feelings and never gives harsh critique. She politely points out areas to improve but never pressures me to change what I love. She encourages trying new techniques or learning rules like perspective and proportion, only when I feel ready. Irina’s support has greatly improved my skills while keeping my love for painting and inspiring me even more. Irina is a great tutor. She tutored me all the way from art GCSE into A level and helped me achieve amazing grades, get an art scholarship, as well as get together a portfolio for Architecture, getting me offers at the Bartlett School of Architecture, Sheffield and Edinburgh.
