Perfect! Annie was a wonderful tutor. She was very considerate for new learners and walked me through each step of the process for building my confidence to participate in a full-fledged yoga class. I am a 65 year old woman who is having some shoulder mobility challenges. I am intimidated to practice yoga in a group setting and have been taking private lessons from Annie. She has such positive and encouraging energy!! Annie has approached my concerns and issues with understanding and patience, while helping me realize the powerful mind body connection. It is amazing to have her attend to my individual needs by modifying poses and to get immediate feedback without disturbing other students. She creates a welcoming, calm and soothing space. I finish her class feeling peaceful, yet rejuvenated. She is a treasure!
