About Talon
Hi! I’m Talon, a third-grade teacher with three years of classroom experience and a Master’s degree in Education. I specialize in literacy instruction and offer online tutoring for students in grades 2 through 12 who need support in reading, writing, phonics, fluency, and comprehension. My approach is engaging, personalized, and rooted in research-based, multi-sensory strategies that help students build strong foundational skills and grow their confidence as readers and writers. Whether your child is struggling with decoding or needs to boost their reading comprehension, I tailor each lesson to meet their unique needs and learning style. Through live, interactive virtual sessions, I create a supportive and encouraging environment that makes learning from home effective and fun.
