About Ayaka
I started practicing yoga seriously when I knew that yoga is not about exercises, it's a tool to "be happy always".
I have been passionate about yoga and practicing for 5 years and teaching for a year after I completed my first teacher training(RYT200) in India.
Whilst I teach yoga as sole trader, I also like to participate some teacher trainings in order to deepen my practice and knowledges and improve my teaching skills.

Hi everyone, my name is Aya!
I am a yogini who is originally from Japan. I would like to offer you my private yoga lessons in affordable price :)
Class schedule (e.g. 1 hour class):
1. Counseling (5-10mins)
I would ask you about your goals, physical strength and needs.
2. Private yoga lesson (45mins)
3. Feedback, Q&A if needed (5-10mins)
My main teaching style is Hatha flow, which is dynamic sequences with flow linking breath and movement. Very good for maintaining your balance, breath and postures.
But any styles are welcome if needed depending on your needs, physical strength and goals!
If you are looking to find an online yoga tutor and also interested in Japanese language (or you're Japanese), I am here for you and happy to teach both in Japanese and English :)

1. All the rates are for a private lesson. If you would like to join with your friends, it is $10 per a person as an additional charge.
2. I would love to offer you the first lesson which is for 30 mins for free (a travel coast excluded).
