My main objective is to include: Focusing on their strengths and what students can do, & celebrating their progress helping them build confidence. This positivity helps them stay motivated and excited to learn.
My calm and patient demeanor creates a comfortable environment where all my students with or without disabilities feel understood and supported. This builds trust and encourages them to take risks in their learning journey.
Maintaining goal-oriented learning by setting achievable goals that are clear and measurable, giving students a sense of accomplishment as they reach each milestone. This motivates them to keep progressing.
Encouraging, and sparking curiosity in my students by connecting lessons to real-world applications and student interests, making learning feel meaningful and relevant to their lives.
Lastly, I tailor the Learning Experience and adapt my lessons to each student's learning style and pace, making education accessible and engaging. This individualized approach ensures my students feel empowered and capable.
