About Roman
I am an Iyengar yoga teacher with International Introductory-II certificate (issued by RIYMI) and also Russian national certificate. I have been doing yoga for 11 years, including studying Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and sports massage. I studied in India (in RIMYI and in Rishikesh), in Italy and Russia with the best Iyengar Yoga masters from Italy, the United States and Russia. As a young man I had 10 years of classical dance experience. I have been teaching yoga for 7 years and my specialty is private lessons. I have experience in teaching in Italy in the Italian and English languages. In the last few months I was doing a lot of online lessons with Italians.

For each student for each lesson I make a personalized program considering the objectives and skills of the student, the state of health and physical shape, for age range from 15 up to .... years! Welcome all! If you have back / knee / neck pain etc. we can almost always find the solution and improve the situation! The means of Iyengar yoga and my experience allow it!
