About Ewan
Hi, I’m Ewan — a Glasgow-based professional trumpet player with over 30 years’ experience performing and teaching. I’ve played with the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra, toured with jazz legends, and work as an Eclipse Trumpets endorsing artist. I’m a Leeds Conservatoire honours graduate, and I specialise in jazz, commercial, classical, and musical theatre styles — from solo trumpet to full orchestras.

I teach trumpet, cornet, flugelhorn, and music theory at all levels, from total beginners to conservatoire applicants and working professionals.
