About Georgia
I am a Product Design Engineering Student studying at the University of Nottingham, currently in my second year. I studied Maths, Product Design and Physics at A-Level gaining A*A*A respectively, and 8 x A* and 3 x Grade 9 in my GCSEs. I am an Arkwright Engineering and Institute of Engineering Scholar. I like to think that I am approachable and have experience working with children of various ages (volunteered at Brownies for 2 years, have been a student leader at high school, recently took part in a STEM engagement activity for Year 9 students). Outside of academia, I enjoy triathlon and am Captain of the University Team. I think studying can be greatly rewarding and fun if done in the right way, and I'd like to help others find a way which works for them.

As an engineering student and having gained an A* at A-Level and Grade 9 in GCSE maths, I feel able to help students with maths up to GCSE level. I would try to make sessions fun and engaging as I think if you're not enjoying what you are learning, you won't progress as effectively. Students could come to me with questions they have found challenging during revision and I would be happy to help with these and could go through how to solve similar problems and explain the subject in more depth.
