I'm a prof from an Aviation background, mentoring Cabin crew as they require a high level of professionalism. Guiding the way to keep up or tackle the stress, mental health , positive attitude and thinking and dealing with the various scenarios ,in-flight as well as the ride of life :)

About the lesson

Positive mind cannot be germinated through lectures.
To know the mind set in order to inculcate positive thinking, it is vital to interact from the grass root level.
I narrate real life experiences to relate and teach.
Activities that will push them to think positively.
