About Katendi
I was born and bred in Lusaka, Zambia, studied and worked in Cape Town, Cayman Islands and Canada, and currently work as a full-time Professional Architect. I enjoy painting, reading, and outdoor activities. I tutored environmental studies and services (E+S) at the University of Cape Town where we learned about new technologies that can further ecological designs of services to increase sustainability from production through to use. I have tutored UP TO 25 students before, and thoroughly enjoyed it!

My teaching method includes going through your class discussions and brief assignments where we unpack the role of the architect and the various other professionals in buildings of interest. I love pushing unusual building technologies to inspire beginner students in producing unique ways of designing. I can also assist in learning design programs such as Revit + BIM software
