l am Anuj Janghu ASCA (American Swimming Coaches Association) level 1 ,2,3 certified and NIS Certified Coach from NIS Patiala (GOVT CERTIFIED COACH) also a Bachelorette degree holder of Physical Education. Experienced instructor of swimming and national gold medallist 2014,national silver medallist 2017, with 11 year of experience of conducting basic, intermediate and advanced coaching for both adults and kids. Addition competitive coaching for kids as well. You could reach out me any swimming requirements and I should most likely be able to help anyone start from basic or help correct technique or improve fitness. About the lesson

I am a profesional swimming coach. Available classes for every age group. LEARN TO SWIM PROGRAM. Demo class is also available. In our class we start from the basic.
1. Water Confidence = Walking,Running, Jumping etc.
2. Submerging = Dip head, pick up coin, breathing pattern introduced
3. Body position = Streamline, Prone floating, Regaining feet
4. Propulsion part = Introducing kick and arm action.
5. Breathing Pattern = Introducing Breathing pattern with full stroke
