The classes are aimed at everyone from those who want to learn how to cook to those who want to improve and evolve their techniques and in order to shine in that family dinner they want so much to do.
The training is professional but in a lighter tone, never failing to translate and illustrate the dedication and effort needed to cook a beautiful and magnificent meal.
Classes can take place online, or in person at the trainee's home so that they feel more comfortable and get used to their space.
As I said, I'm a cook by profession, cooking is what makes me beat my heart and get out of bed every day, but that doesn't mean I don't have other dreams and ambitions and this is one them.
As a professional I've worked in renowned kitchens, I've already achieved numerous feats, this as a team or solo, and now I'm looking for a new challenge.
