About Antonio
I have led a long and successful career as a visual artist, and while I have dedicated my energy to creating and exhibiting my work worldwide, being an art educator has been always one of my passions. I have taught studio art as well as art history at academic and higher education institutions in North America, Latin America, and Europe.

I use a step-by-step approach to teach drawing, painting, illustration and cartooning. The program is flexible and can adapt to the personal needs and skill levels of each individual student. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I teach traditional skills and methods exploring pen, ink, watercolor, and acrylics among other media. Modern and contemporary artists are introduced as valid examples to be emulated.
