About Leo
I have been teaching the Art of Cartooning/Illustration for more than thirteen years. I have taught both Adults and Kids how to draw.
I currently run workshops in teaching Cartooning/Illustration and many of my students have said they love how I teach slow and with an understanding of where they are at in their progress.
I have experience in teaching 2d Animation, especially in Character Design. I have taught at LifeWay Animation College, Freelance Animation School, and in High Schools and Holiday program Workshops.
My students have completed my training course and are successfully working in Publishing companies, Animation Production Studios, Illustrated Children's Books, or Freelancing as an artist.

Hi, I'm Leo, and I'm excited you're here. I'm a full-time Cartoonist/Illustrator and love that I get to do this as a dream career. My passion is to produce fun, exciting and memorable art that inspires YOU. I offer top-quality training for Children's Book Illustrations, Character Design for 2d/3d Animation Production, Personalised Caricatures, and Comics.
My desire is to empower you to be the best artist in yourself. I believe every Artist and aspiring artist has the potential to produce amazing Characters and Cartoons in their own style. My job is to help guide and empower you to fulfill that.
My general Teaching Structure is:
1. Looking at famous Artists that inspire you and gleaning from their experience.
2. Basic shapes and Forms.
3. Basic Anatomy drawing.
4. Character Designing.
5. Creating a Story/Character/Comic or Cartoon Show.
You don't need to be a professional artist to learn how to draw, just start with what you know and we can work from there! Look forward to teaching you the Art of Cartooning/Illustration.
