About Ruth
I hold a chemical engineering degree and a food science degree - you could say I really love math and science! However, this wasn't always the case. The way my high school teachers taught math and science was hard for me to learn, and so I had to work extra hard in high school and college to succeed. I went on to start tutoring programs at my college, and then have continued to work as a tutor since graduating (in addition to my engineering job!)

Everyone learns differently, but everyone can learn math and science! If you are preparing for an AP exam or college exam, I can help you specifically prepare for the exams as well as gain a good preparation for your future coursework. If you are studying in a less structured way, I can help you identify your learning goals and create lesson plans to reach those goals.
