About Danielle

I love writing. As a little girl, I always excelled at creative writing and that continued into my teens and into adulthood. It's a skill that has always come easy to me, probably because of my love of reading. I would love to share that with children and adults who would like to learn to take what's in their imagination and put it on the page. Writing is not only a profession and talent, journaling is very conducive to mental health. I am great with children. I ran an afterschool enrichment program for 5 years, where I taught Creative Writing and homework tutoring before moving into a managerial role.

I also volunteer as a Literacy tutor with Reading Partners in Los Angeles, so I am adept at teaching K-5 children reading skills.

About the lesson

I am a professional copywriter, working in marketing since 2015. I also write professionally and creatively for the WGA. I can teach writing to the youngest of children, as I started to excel at a very young age, and always received accolades and high marks for my work.

I minored in Creative Writing at UNC-Wilmington.

I am also a gifted screenwriter, and her screenplay, "The Guilt of Surviving" was selected as a semi-finalist for the 2022 Big Apple Film Festival in NYC.

I am also currently in pre-production for my first horror short as a writer.
