We'll start your dance journey with setting goals and then I focus and cater to your needs. I pay close attention to your learning style so I can accommodate to how you learn. By assessing your strengths & weaknesses I can come up with homework in the form of training tips. A typical lesson lasts 45 mins and we begin with a warm-up dance and end with a cool down dance, which acts as a way to assess your improvement after just one class. A lot of the time will be spent dancing with each other so I can correct the things I feel but this depends on your level. We can also discuss dance etiquette and theory. I am very well-known and involved in the scene so I am a good resource and support system in your dance journey. Please note: I would recommend online classes to complete beginners, as you can gain a certain level of understanding without physical touch, but to truly understand connection we would have to meet in person.
