About Fiona
School is hard, and trying to juggle multiple subjects seems daunting. GCSEs are just the final part of these core subjects. The whole purpose of me as a tutor is not to reteach you everything, that's just boring. I'm here to make exams a little less scary and help you get prepared for what to expect and how to tackle a problem. As someone who's been through every exam possible, it does get easier from here (even if it doesn't seem that way).

I aim to cater to each individual student and the way and speed at which they learn. I approach the lesson as more of a friendly face who tends to guide students and expand on the knowledge they already have been taught at school. The typical length of my sessions is 1hr but sometimes these are extended if extra exam preparation is required. I am very flexible and am able to accommodate where required. I tutor for students aged between 14 and 16 for their GCSE exams. I have 6+ years of experience as a GCSE online tutor and aim to boost confidence in pupils wherever I can.
