About Andrej
I am a skilled Drum tutor with over 21 years of experience teaching college students who want to improve their rhythm skills and musical confidence. My aim is to make drum learning clear, structured, and enjoyable for every student. My teaching style is creative and supportive. I focus on building strong basics in timing, coordination, and groove before moving to advanced patterns.
I encourage students to think critically about what they play so they gain deeper musical understanding. I use innovative teaching methods such as groove layering, tempo control drills, and coordination exercises. I also include song-based learning and play-along sessions to help students apply their skills in real music settings.

As a critical thinker and mentor, I explain rhythm concepts in a clear and simple way. Timing, coordination, and technique are taught step by step. Students are guided to understand rhythm deeply and think independently.
Accountability is maintained through clear practice routines and regular progress reviews. I help students stay consistent and motivated with supportive feedback.
Along with drums, I also teach basic music theory, rhythm reading, tempo control, and performance preparation. My goal is to help students become confident, creative, and disciplined drummers.
