About Elizabeth
8+ years’ experience tutoring Mathematics to KS2-KS4 and 11+ students, specialising in one-to-one private online tuition. I hold a BSc in Financial Mathematics and an MSc in Finance.
I am supportive, result-orientated and passionate about building confidence in students through Maths. I have a proven track record of providing high quality, successful tutoring and helping students progress towards GCSE and 11+/entrance exams (for all examination boards; AQA, Edexcel and OCR).
I have had tutoring experience with the new specifications for Edexcel GCSE so I am aware of the knowledge required in these exams.
I believe every student is unique and has it within themselves to be great. I always try to tailor my approach to meet the needs of each individual.
Availability:
I am available on weekdays from 5:30pm onward and Saturdays.

I have tutored KS2-KS4 Maths with Elizabeth at our local church for 3 years. I was impressed with her versatile teaching style and ability to build rapport with students quickly. She was also very patient with her students which stood out to me.
My daughter has found it increasingly difficult to keep up with the pace of her online classes over the course of this pandemic. Like many other students, this impacted her confidence and ability to focus in order to grasp new concepts. My daughter is finding lessons with Elizabeth helpful. She has been able to get focused and back on track after lockdown demotivation and I am very pleased with the result.
