About Ali
I have graduated from University of Toronto in the field of Mechanical Engineering. I chose this field of study as I am extremely passionate about Mathematics and Physics. I also understand how challenging and alienating some concepts can be. I had to develop my techniques in undergraduate studies to do well in them.
I currently work as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at one of the top Automotive companies in the world. They are called Magna International. I am also a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario. Not only that, I love physics so much that I am also a Laser Safety Officer. I completed both certifications in 2022.
I like to work closely with my students and concentrate on the areas they need help the most in. We can build up the momentum gradually until you are comfortable with the pace. We will not proceed until the concepts are clear. I like to be well-prepared for the lesson, so rest assured I have homework to do too.
I am looking forward to helping you break down hurdles in Mathematics and Physics.

As a tutor I take time to understand my students to better help them in the areas they require. I like to concentrate in areas where the student struggles the most.
A typical lesson plan comprises of starting off with questions from the students, leading into concepts, tips, and techniques and eventually problem solving. Practice makes perfect is a technique I have utilized and will utilize with my students as well. This is very important in the field of Mathematics and Sciences.
As a tutor what sets me apart is truly taking the time to understand my students and meeting their needs.
