About Svetoslav
I'm Sam. I'm a qualified fitness instructor and a personal trainer. I've been in the fitness industry for about 5 years. I have experience with clients from different backgrounds and I have a lot of personal experience in the gym. I made a transition from Cross Training to general fitness to power lifting. I have tried a bit of everything and have the knowledge and understand how different type of training affects the body.
