Rebecca helped me with my Covid lockdown challenge - to learn the flute! Over a few years, she got me from beginner stages to playing Grade 6-7 pieces, through patient focus on technique, exercises, and exploring great repertoire. She also encouraged me to play in ensembles and perform for friends, building my confidence in a fun way. She's a great teacher - focused, supportive, encouraging - and her tuition delivers results. As an adult learner, I'd thoroughly recommend her.

Rebecca has been teaching me the harp for over 5 years now and all through lockdown we communicated entirely Zoom. I met her through Face Book when she put out a New Year's Resolution post on a harp site asking what we intended to do in 2020. I wrote that I intended to restart my harp lessons and move onwards after a period of not playing. I am an adult learner and as an ex tutor I know how tricky it can be teaching adults without alienating them. Rebecca always manages a good balance between praise and "come on you can do a bit better". She has become a good friend and recently helped me through my Grade 1 Descant Recorder exam. Highly recommended.
