About Elise
I am a passionate Piano teacher with 18 years of experience helping students discover their musical abilities. My students include school children, college learners, and working professionals who want to improve their Piano skills through personalized instruction.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes patience, communication, and practical learning. I believe that learning Piano should be enjoyable while building confidence and discipline through consistent practice.
My lessons include piano fundamentals, scales, chords, rhythm training, sight reading, ear training, music theory, improvisation, finger exercises, and performance preparation. I also help students develop healthy practice habits that encourage continuous improvement.
Apart from Piano, I teach keyboard techniques and basic music theory. These complementary subjects help students gain a deeper understanding of music and improve their performance.
My goal is to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel motivated to succeed. I take pride in helping learners achieve their musical goals while enjoying every lesson.

I believe every piano lesson should inspire students to enjoy music while building strong technical skills. My teaching methodology focuses on communication, creativity, flexibility, and practical learning. Every lesson is carefully adjusted to match the student's pace, goals, and musical interests.
Students begin with proper posture, hand coordination, finger exercises, rhythm, note reading, and music theory. Once these foundations are established, they continue with scales, chords, dynamics, articulation, pedal techniques, expressive performance, sight reading, and musical expression.
I explain concepts through demonstrations, guided practice, and interactive learning activities. Students receive regular feedback and customized practice routines that encourage continuous improvement. I also encourage independent thinking so students understand music beyond memorizing notes.
Students experience many musical styles while developing creativity through improvisation, accompaniment, and expressive performance. These experiences improve confidence and performance ability.
Besides piano, I teach keyboard skills, rhythm exercises, ear training, music theory, sight reading, performance preparation, music appreciation, and beginner composition. These additional subjects help students become complete musicians.
My aim is to create enjoyable lessons where students build confidence, creativity, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for music.
