About Sergejs
I’ve been a commercial developer since 2007, progressing from a junior role to a Lead. Currently, I oversee the work of 25 junior and mid-level developers. Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to various large projects. For instance, I helped build a unique file management system called FileHound, and I’ve also worked on complex treasury systems for large corporations, such as Citi Financials by ION Group.
During the COVID-19 crisis, I began teaching programming, which turned out to be a successful venture. Eleven of my students secured real-world jobs as junior developers, while others pursued more academic roles at various universities.
