I am a dedicated and friendly IT Quality Assurance professional with over 8 years of industry experience in software testing and quality assurance. I have worked across banking, fintech, and product-based environments, and I genuinely enjoy helping others understand technology and build confidence in their skills.

My teaching approach is practical, structured, and industry-focused. I believe the best way to learn software testing is by understanding real-world scenarios, not just theory. I explain concepts in a simple and clear way, using examples from my 8+ years of professional experience in QA across banking, fintech, and product-based environments.
I follow a step-by-step methodology:
Start with strong fundamentals (SDLC, QA concepts, Manual Testing basics)
Move to hands-on practice (test cases, defect reporting, Agile processes)
Introduce automation testing basics (Selenium / Playwright) in an easy, beginner-friendly manner
Provide interview-oriented guidance and practical tips used in real projects
Lessons are interactive and customised based on the student’s goals. I regularly use real test cases, sample projects, and interview-style questions to build confidence and job-ready skills.
A typical lesson is 60 minutes, but this can be adjusted based on the student’s preference. I also offer a free introductory session to understand learning objectives and create a personalised learning plan.
I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, am ISTQB Foundation certified, and have worked as a QA Engineer, Senior Consultant, and Test Lead, including experience with major clients such as Westpac.
