About Bhushan
I am doing Taekwondo since 8 years. I currently hold a black belt. In my journey so far I have participated in district, state, national and international and inter collegiate championships and won various medals.
I have been coaching since 3 years and trained students of various age group. I have trained as a coach in (prudence international ,hocl international pillais) school and Attackers taekwondo academy. I have been coaching few students online and want to share my experience and knowledge with more people so they can stay fit and live a healthy lifestyle.

I conduct session typically for an hour.
Training would include full body stretching, cardio, bodyweight training, working on agility, flexibility, strength and conditioning, martial arts all keeping in mind individuals level of fitness and goal.
I have transformed myself (I have lose 14 kg weight from 94kg and now my weight is 80 kg ) so can also help you loose weight and gain muscles.
