About Mohd shahroz
I am Mohd Shahroz Alam, a professionally qualified and result-oriented educator with a strong academic foundation in Science and Mathematics. With a B.Ed degree, CTET and Bihar STET qualifications, and ongoing MSc studies, I combine academic depth with practical classroom expertise.
Since 2022, I have been mentoring students from classes 7 to 12, focusing on conceptual mastery, analytical thinking, and exam excellence. My teaching philosophy is simple: clarity first, confidence next, and results always. I do not encourage rote learning; instead, I train students to understand the logic behind every concept so they can solve problems independently.
I specialize in strengthening weak fundamentals, improving problem-solving speed in Mathematics, and simplifying complex Biology topics through diagrams, structured notes, and smart revision techniques. I also guide students in answer-writing strategies, time management, and exam temperament to maximize scores.

My classes are designed to make learning simple, engaging, and result-oriented. I focus on building strong conceptual foundations rather than rote learning. Every session begins with a quick revision, followed by clear explanation of concepts using real-life examples, diagrams, and interactive discussions. I ensure students understand the “why” behind every concept, especially in Biology and Mathematics.
For Mathematics, I emphasize logical thinking, shortcut techniques, and exam-focused problem solving. In Biology, I use diagram-based explanations, flowcharts, and concept linking to make complex topics easy and interesting.
Each class includes practice questions, doubt-clearing time, and performance tracking to monitor improvement. I also guide students on answer-writing techniques, time management, and exam strategies to help them score higher.
My special focus is on classes 9–12 students who want conceptual clarity, better marks, and confidence in their subjects. I create a disciplined yet comfortable learning environment where students feel free to ask questions and grow academically.
