About Subhojit
I am a dedicated fitness coach with over 9 years of experience in physical training and athletic development. As a two-time State Champion and two-time Cross National Championship competitor, I bring both professional-level fitness expertise and real competitive experience to my training sessions. I train whose needs daily Fitness...and specialize in preparing students for military, paramilitary, and uniformed services. Many of my students have successfully been selected in Indian Army, CAPF, and other defense forces, thanks to focused, disciplined, and customized training programs. My sessions combine strength, endurance, and mental conditioning. Whether you're preparing for physical fitness tests or just want to improve your stamina, flexibility, or strength, I provide clear guidance and motivation every step of the way. I believe fitness is not just physical—it's a lifestyle of mental toughness, consistency, and self-belief. Join me, and let's build the strongest version of you.

My fitness classes are designed to build strength, stamina, speed, and discipline, especially for those preparing for defense, paramilitary, and police forces. Class Structure: Warm-up & stretching to prevent injuries Cardio (running, sprints, endurance drills) Strength training Obstacle & agility drills Cool-down & flexibility sessions I provide both individual and group training, and I tailor each session based on the student's current fitness level and goal – whether it’s weight loss, muscle building, or physical test preparation. Class duration: 60–90 minutes online coaching (for remote students) With a structured routine, motivation, and personal attention, I ensure every student trains like a future warrior.
