As a primary and pre-primary teacher I've developed a great sense of observation over the children. First of all, I will observe and analyze the children's activity in and out of academics and I will categorize them according to their learning style. Multi-sensory instructions and game-based learning will be efficient in pre-primary children and for primary students, student-centered learning, active learning, and collaborative learning will be effective. Feedback plays a great role to update my teaching style. I can handle English for school and college level children
