About Djerlens
I am a professional visual artist, muralist, and experienced art instructor with years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. My work includes large-scale public murals, community art projects, exhibitions, and educational programs throughout South Florida and beyond.
I have a degree in Studio Art and Art Communication from Broward College and have worked with organizations, cities, schools, museums, and community programs. I enjoy sharing my professional experience with my students while creating a comfortable environment where they can learn, experiment, and grow.
Whether you are picking up a paintbrush for the first time or looking to improve your skills, my goal is to help you become more confident, creative, and comfortable expressing yourself through art.

My art lessons are designed to help students build confidence, develop their creativity, and improve their artistic skills in a relaxed and encouraging environment. I teach drawing, painting, watercolor, acrylic, oil painting and other art techniques through hands-on projects and step-by-step instruction.
Each lesson is based on the student’s age, skill level, interests, and personal goals. I work with beginners as well as students who already have experience and want to strengthen their skills. As a professional artist, muralist, and experienced art instructor, I also bring real-world knowledge from creating public art and working on professional art projects.
My goal is for every student to learn proper techniques while also developing their own artistic style and enjoying the creative process.
