About Grant
I am an experienced professional whose career spans over two decades, during which I ran several successful projects in Logistics, Mining and the Automotive Industries, some of which were of a national scope. Through out my career, I trained several subordinates and colleagues to become better versions of themselves and increase their effectiveness. I developed and ran several inhouse training programs.

I employ different methods to my teaching, 'one size does not fit all'. I begin by learning about my students and recognizing that each individual is unique and therefore learn differently. Some of the methods I commonly use are project based, cooperative and problem based. When introducing a new topic, I give a complete over view of the topic and provide materials for students to read/watch/listen before hand. My teaching also acknowledges that some of the students may have more knowledge than I have in certain areas of the study and therefore I respect that.
