About Adam
I am an actor, director and puppeteer who has been working in the TV and Theatre industry for 26 years. I initially trained in Physical Theatre at East 15, following the contemporary physical practice of Jacques LeCoq's pedagogy. I then completed a post graduate course in Professional Acting at The Oxford School of Drama. I have worked for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, 20th Century Fox, in the West End and around the world in numerous shows.

My methodology is based on positivity, confidence, playfulness, physical freedom, specificity and fun. My teaching combines elements of Stanislavski (acting technique), Meyerhold (specificity), Uta Hagen (character development), Philippe Gaulier (fun) and Jacques Lecoq (physical integrity) to help the actor to reveal something of themselves through the roles they play.
