My classes are designed to be personalized, practical, and accessible for all levels. I begin with a short warm-up and breathing practice, followed by yoga postures, therapeutic techniques, and relaxation. Sessions are adapted to each student’s needs and goals, with special focus on PCOD/PCOS, diabetes, weight management, stress, flexibility, and overall well-being.
I use a gentle, supportive teaching approach and guide students with proper alignment, breathing, and mindful movement. Classes are suitable for beginners, adults, and anyone looking to improve their physical and mental well-being.
